*If you encounter a situation where the shipping fee charged is much different from what is stated in our shipping policy due to a website error, we kindly request you to follow steps:
1.Contact Us: Please reach out to our customer support team at hellorunners@nedao.com immediately after placing your order. Provide us with the necessary order details and a description of the issue you encountered with the shipping fee.
2.Review and Refund: Our team will thoroughly review your order and investigate the discrepancy. If we find that the difference in the shipping fee was indeed due to a website error, we will promptly refund you the additional shipping fee.
Shipping Time:
NEDAO aims to dispatch all orders within 1 to 2 business days after order processing. The estimated delivery time will vary depending on the shipping destination, and customs clearance procedures. Generally, you can expect your package to arrive approximately 7 to 14 business days
Please be aware that unforeseen circumstances, such as customs delays or natural disasters, may affect delivery times.
Order Processing:
Our team will process your order promptly within 1 to 2 business days.
1.Your order will be efficiently shipped from our mainland warehouse to the international transit center within 2-4 working days.
2. Once dispatched from the international transit center, we will promptly provide you with a tracking link, and you will receive an email confirming the fulfillment of your order.
During peak seasons or promotional events, there might be slight delays in processing times, but rest assured, we will do our utmost to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible.
Tracking:
NEDAO utilizes multiple international shipping partners, and therefore, we may not provide tracking links for all shipments. However, we have an internal tracking system that allows us to monitor most shipments.
