2. Review and Refund: Our team will thoroughly review your order and investigate the discrepancy. If we find that the difference in the shipping fee was indeed due to a website error, we will promptly refund you the additional shipping fee.

Shipping Time:

NEDAO aims to dispatch all orders within 1 to 2 business days after order processing. The estimated delivery time will vary depending on the shipping destination and customs clearance procedures. Generally, you can expect your package to arrive in approximately 7 to 14 business days.

Please be aware that unforeseen circumstances, such as customs delays or natural disasters, may affect delivery times.

Order Processing:

Our team will process your order promptly within 1 to 2 business days.

1. Most products ship directly from our fulfillment center. Orders typically dispatch within 1-2 business days, and you will automatically receive a fulfillment email.

2. For specific products shipped from our mainland warehouse, items are first sent to an international transit center (in 2-4 workings), then shipped overseas. In such cases, the fulfillment notification will be sent once the international tracking link is available.

During peak seasons or promotional events, there might be slight delays in processing times, but rest assured, we will do our utmost to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible.

Tracking:

We now provide tracking for all orders. You will receive a tracking notification along with the fulfillment email once your order has shipped for international transit.

Customs and Duties:

Eligibility

Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
Condition: Items must be in the same condition as when received—unworn/unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: You may use your order number as proof of purchase. We will verify it upon receipt.
Note: Returns and exchanges are only available for online purchases. Items purchased through retail partners are not eligible.
