Below is our comprehensive shipping policy, outlining shipping fees and delivery details for purchases made on our website.

 

Shipment Fees:

Singapore: 

  • Flat rate: SGD 4 for all packages
  • Free shipping for orders amounting to 100 SGD and above.

Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, and Hong Kong:

  • Flat rate: SGD 5 for all packages
  • Free shipping for orders amounting to 120 SGD and above

Japan & Korea:

  • SGD 9 for packages weighing up to 0.5 kg.
  • SGD 15 for packages weighing 0.5 kg and above.
  • Free shipping for orders amounting to 150 SGD and above

Europe:

  • SGD15 (~10 EURO) for Austria, Spain, France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Poland
  • SGD 35 (~24 EURO) flat rate for all other countries.

United Arab Emirates (UAE):

  • SGD 16 (~ 45 AED) flat rate for all packages. 

U.S.:

  • USD 10 flat rate for all packages.

North America & US Outlaying islands:

  • SGD 35 (~ 28 USD) flat rate for all packages.

Please note that these rates are subject to change in accordance with prevailing market conditions and regulations. We are committed to offering competitive and transparent pricing.

*If you encounter a situation where the shipping fee charged is much different from what is stated in our shipping policy due to a website error, we kindly request you to follow steps:

1.Contact Us: Please reach out to our customer support team at hellorunners@nedao.com immediately after placing your order. Provide us with the necessary order details and a description of the issue you encountered with the shipping fee.

2.Review and Refund: Our team will thoroughly review your order and investigate the discrepancy. If we find that the difference in the shipping fee was indeed due to a website error, we will promptly refund you the additional shipping fee.

Shipping Time:

NEDAO aims to dispatch all orders within 1 to 2 business days after order processing. The estimated delivery time will vary depending on the shipping destination, and customs clearance procedures. Generally, you can expect your package to arrive approximately 7 to 14 business days

Please be aware that unforeseen circumstances, such as customs delays or natural disasters, may affect delivery times.

Order Processing:

Our team will process your order promptly within 1 to 2 business days.

1.Your order will be efficiently shipped from our mainland warehouse to the international transit center within 2-4 working days.
2. Once dispatched from the international transit center, we will promptly provide you with a tracking link, and you will receive an email confirming the fulfillment of your order.

During peak seasons or promotional events, there might be slight delays in processing times, but rest assured, we will do our utmost to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible.

Tracking:

NEDAO utilizes multiple international shipping partners, and therefore, we may not provide tracking links for all shipments. However, we have an internal tracking system that allows us to monitor most shipments. If you have any doubts or need tracking information, please feel free to contact us at hellorunners@nedao.com, and our customer support team will be more than happy to assist you.

Customs and Duties:

Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping fees paid to NEDAO. Customs policies may vary, so we recommend checking with local authorities for more information on applicable duties and taxes.

Address Accuracy:

To ensure smooth delivery, please double-check and provide accurate shipping details during the checkout process. NEDAO will not be held responsible for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
